Westfall Village

The Approval Process

Ed previously completed an environmental impact statement for the Westfall Village (formerly Bon Acre) project, and was granted a Planned Development District zoning designation with its own site specific zoning code. This code includes architectural guidelines, which helps insure that the project adheres to the principles of new urbanism and is built as intended, as a TND (Traditional Neighborhood Development)

The Westfall Court phase, which will includes 8 upscale single family homes has received final approval. Construction will begin there in 2010, with a furnished model already complete.

The remainder of the project has been granted conditional approvals, with the construction of town homes planned for 2011
